Birthdays

Today is Riley Reynolds Birthday. He moved in next door about a year ago. My friend Erin Davis and I went over after Riley's Mom got him out of the house. We went over a decorated his bedroom door. We were laughing and having fun running streamers all along the hall right in front of his door.
It was really fun I can wait to hear about his response.

Cousins

I love my cousins so much. They are one of the biggest part of my life. I had the opportunity of taking four of my high school aged cousins to a dance this last week. I had so much fun hanging out with them. I am really glad that I get to live so close to them and for the cousins that I don't get to see very often it just makes me love you more when you are absent.
I want all of them that live out of Utah that I love you. Almost more than the others. I really enjoyed getting to have all of you spend time at my house this last year.

Wow!!! Homework

I just sat at the Computer for like three and a half hours doing one little Spanish Project. We choose a country, Guatemala, and wrote a report, two pages double spaced, and we have to have a poster and a games/ activity. I was in a group of four and so one did the poster, we all research a little then I stuck all the little parts together. I am so ready for bed. Good Night.

Baby Henry

It was so much fun to get to visit with my cousins last night. My newest cousin was blessed with a name yesterday. So the whole family got together. For most the night we stole my four year old cousin's room and played ticket to ride with Amy, Camille, Megan, Krysta, and myself. Then the Soderquist's drove us home. Rachel called her brothers to tell them we were coming home. I took the phone and we planned next weekend it is going to be so much fun. I can't wait.

Sick Day

Well Last Friday I took a day off. See I got a cold and I would always get headaches because of stress and school and everything. So i begged my parents to let me stay home because of many reasons but the one that won them over was ... the principle told us to stay home when we under the weather. So I sleep in til 9 o'clock and then I watch TV and ate a milk shake. And the next morning I was noticeably better. I still feel A 100%. And just to show it I got all cute up for school with a new shirt and my boots. I am feeling great. Sorry to A'Lea who i got sick. :) :( Bad Alyssa.

High School

Good Afternoon Everyone. I am sorry to say as many of you have noticed that I have not been blogging. See I have started High School and just so you know that means twice as much homework as junior high. For example today i received 90, repeating 90!!! problems of math homework. Come on, no one wants to do 90 problems of homework so why give it out.
But other than that school is just waking up at 6 and moving round in the motions of daytime. It's fun getting to see friends I had before i moved to mapleton. I have really enjoyed it.

Missouri

On Sunday after Church I was making lunch and so I gave Brianna the camera to take a few pictures. This is the one she took of me.














Monday night we ate dinner and Beth and Kyle's house. My Dad was having a lot of fun tickling Josh and Callie.Then Tuesday we went paddle boating at my Great grandparents with my cousins the Soderquist.

Trip to Utah- Arches

My Aunt Beth and her family, Kyle, Callie, and Baila, have been at my house for almost week now. It has been so much fun to show them what's in Utah. We went to Arches national park today.
Callie did not want to be helped up the side of this Arch, but Kyle to me to hold her. She stopped crying the a few seconds after I put her down. We went hard wanting to show them everything we could and we did it. I personally wanted to hiked to Delicate Arch (the one on the old license plate) but we just did the half mile view point. It was a very long fall from the view point. Beth would not go closer than like 5 feet unless Kyle was holding her hand. We all had our pictures taken. I love Callie face. We told her to smile. I think that she did a brilliant job.

West Desert Rocks

We took our Aunt and uncle out to the west Desert today. It was so much fun. We collected topaz and Indian tears and agate. This is the horny toad that we found while looking for agate.

Family Camp

I've been at Lewis Family Camp since Thursday. My family has been doing this since before I was born. It been every year except for like two years. Once we had it in my back yard after my Grandma died but we still have it. It reminds me of her. I have only two or three memoirs of it not being at Balsm up Hobble Creek Canyon. Only the last few years have I not slept in the tent with my parents and little siblings. Every year we get the chance to help with a meal. Rachel, Camille, and Me helped Greg and Valerie with their lunch assignment. I cut the lettus while Rachel and camille cut Strawberries for the salad. Ryan and Paul we spose to help us but they conveinetly disappeared on a hike like fifteen minutes before they started making Lunch. (The other two people in the picture are Krysta and Holden. Every year we take a family picture. We are only missing one year since like 1997 or something. My dad usually takes the pictures. This picture is funny one. Everyone knows how to take the picture now. We just sit there while the timer flashes and my dad runs to get to his spot. :D
The Older boys went to find the top of the mountain the is in our campsite. They were gone for four and you could here the adults wondering if they should be worried. After another fourty- five minutes you could here them yell horray as they ran up the road. They had gotten lost, been threw thorny bushes, and acrossed ridges. There legs were covered in scratches and all wet. When they had seen the road the ran straight to it, right through the river. Their shoes sat by the fire all night without drying out. They finally took the laces out and pulled open the tongue before the shoes dried out completly. The shoes were smoking as the dried out.We do so many fun things. We play card games, and horseshoes, chess, hike, play in the river, make and play with boats, build fires, eat food, explore. We know four or five different meadows on the side of the mountain. We know the best parts to hike the easy and hard ways. This year we played volleyball alot more than we usually do. It was we all got nicknames fro Ryan, Jaron, Paul, and Daniel. It is so much fun.

Girls Camp

I went to Girls Camp this week. It was so much fun. My mom was my cabin leader. I also took my friend, Chelsea. I was so tired, But I didn't realize it until I slept for seventeen hours after we got home. Even though Erin's Birthday is in July she still got to come and experience the fun we have at Girls Camp. I am so excited to go to the reunion that the stake leaders are planning for us. We when on hikes and stayed in cabins and did crafts one night we even played capture the flag. None of the leaders knew how to play, we were all quite shocked. Every night our cabin leader, Sister Sheranian, gave away thing from NuSkin and candy in different games. It rained like every day while we were up there. The last night we stayed up 'til like two in the morning. The picture is from the last night after testimony meeting these girls went into their cabin. They are standing on chairs best a little furry friend named Mouse had invite himself in to the cabin.

Birthdays

Today is Nathaniel Booth's 16th Birthday. Chelsea, Nicole, Megan, and I went over to his house to surprise him. We brought cupcakes and a present for him. His present was a bright yellow shirt and a little red toy car. It was so much fun. I didn't think that we were going to stay and talk but we did for a while. This picture was taking on the last FULL day of school. He always wears blue and black But now he can wear Yellow! HE HE HA HA!

Last Day of Forever

Well if you had walked into the lunch room at my school on Friday, you would have thought that someone had died. Our Junior High is splitting and going to two different high schools. There are enough people not going to Maple Mountain High School that well a lot of us, over seventy percent were crying. The crying all started when the BOYS basketball team started saying good bye about an hour before school was over. It just got bigger and bigger as more and more Freshman came into the room to say good bye. I will miss my friends that won't be with me next year. Tyler Noorda, Tyler Baker, Jenny Jones, Shanae Curtis, Caroline Lewis, Jamie Gashler, Katrina Waugh, Angela Black, Morgan Adams, Tyler Graves, Colby Hjorth, Lauren Ridge, and Many more. Well I was walking home with some friends and about half way to my house, my friend say "I can't walk with you guys" Jokingly and he sniffled. I told him I would try to stop crying but it wasn't for a nother two or three minutes when we were at my next door neighbors house that I stopped.

Family Dinner

We had a huge family dinner today. It was so much fun. Amy, Krysta (my two cousins) along with Megan(they are all the same age) made a play. I was the tech. producer of the play, The Story of the Wandering Girl. It was so much fun. Talking with Rachel and Camille, and just having family time. I want to shout out to Grandma and Grandpa. I love you Guy. Hope you are having fun In NC.

Honors English

Wow. Looking back at this year I have accomplished a ton of things. I took honors English and well. It was a lot of work but I did it. (I think) We'll see what happens at the end of this term. But Just wanted to give a Shout out to Megan. She has been accepted into the Honors English program and just word from the wise (not that I am). Do not get behind. Stay two steps ahead of the pack and you will succeed. This is Mrs Lawrence. She has been my English teacher for three years. I have had so much fun in her class. I will reall

To MOM and DAD

Well as I was writing my other post I started thinking about how seeing my dad in that race really helped me out. That race is a really long race and I just had to smile with the thought that my parents would take time out of their day to come and see me race. I was so happy when they would cheer my name. As I sprinted down the final stretch I heard my mom scream my name and it just made me sprint harder.
I just wanted to thank my Mom and Dad that they are such good examples for me to follow. I am so thankful for the things they do for me. For raising me in the Gospel and for providing a roof over my head and food for me to eat. I just wanted to say I LOVE You and even though I might be angry or Bugged (which I know my mom gets a kick out of :) I really am listening. It might just be what I did not want to hear. I LOVE YOU MOM and DAD. THANK YOU!!

Track

Oh Wow! I am glad to have track season over. Now I won't miss anymore school. And I'll have some of my afternoons back to work on my 4.0. I need to keep working out but I am so glad not to have something I should be doing after school every day of the week. It was a ton of fun and I strengthened a ton of friendships will on the track team.
This is at the district track meet. I ran the mile and the 800 meters. The mile is four times around the track and the 800 is twice. I work really hard and PR (personal record) in the Mile. But ran out of steam in the 800 and did not PR. I found out that my mile has improved by almost a minute over the season. For those of you that don't run track that is really good. I am so proud of my accomplishments. I encourage all of you do go running with some friends it is tons of fun.
In this picture I saw my Dad taking pictures so I smiled. This is only as half as the smile is.

Spring Break- Florida

We had the funnest spring break. I visited my 26th state. FLORIDA!! It was so much fun. This pictiure here is one of the many garden statues this one was in Epcot. It is my favorite princess BELLE. :)

My Family and I went to all of the four parks, Cape Canaveral, Kennedy Space Center, the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico.

It was so much fun visiting all these places and swimming and seeing all the characters we did.

I want to Thank my Parents for taking us on this trip.

Track

I just got back from Track and Field practice. I run distance. In Meets I compete in the 1600 meter (1 mi) and the 800 meter (1/2 mi). I love running and it is so fun to get to run with all my friends before High School.
By Running Buddies are Shanae Curtis, Caroline Lewis, Chelsea Scutt, and Jenny Jones. But the best running bud is MEGAN!! I love getting to spend time with her.
Almost every Friday we will have a Meet so I'll let you know my times.
MY Beginning times were 1600 7:28 and 800 3:37. I hope to improve my scores each time we have a Meet.

Snacks

After school snacks are a must have meal of the day. I usually eat it. My favorite snack is Popcorn. But apples and oranges are high up there.

Title

I would like to explain my title. Live Laugh Love Smile is like my motto. It is what I want to remember about my life. That I lived happily all my days, that I would laugh when ever and just for the fun of it, to love everything I can will all my heart, and to smile even when times are tough.
If I was to add anything thing else it would be sing. Sing the song of my heart everyday I can.

What's Up Wednesday

Hey Friends, I have decided to write a little on Wednesday. Today I would like to say that life can get really complicated. With all the things I do it kills me when I don't focus. :) Sadly to say it is a challenge for me to focus on school work and all my activities.
Okay EXTREME ANNOYANCE There is this little chirping noise on my computer and I don't know how to stop it.
